Indoor space, limited space available: $40 for 10’ deep x 10’ space with additional $20 for each extra space.

Outdoor space: $30 for 20’ x 30’ space with additional $20 for each extra space.

Electricity is available for $5 extra for either outdoor or indoor space.

Food vendor indoor space, limited space available: $40 for 10′ x 10′ space (for additional space, please call).

Food vendor electricity for indoor space is $5, (no water hook-up).

Food vendor outdoor space: $30 for 20’x 30′ space (for additional space, please call).

Food vendor water hook-up for outdoor space: $5

Space is limited for camper hook-ups for camping and there is an additional fee. Primitive camping is available at no charge. Please call 641-596-0527 to make arrangements for camping.

Each Vendor spot will include 2 admissions to the event for the weekend.
Vendors must provide their own equipment i.e.: canopies, tables, chairs, extension cords etc. All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the event.  The event runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Saturday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.

We will be accepting only one ‘home based’ company per brand (i.e., Pampered Chef, Tupperware, Scentsy, etc.) and it will be on a first come first serve basis only.
Set up Time: All vendors are required to check-in at the Registration Building before setting up. Outdoor vendors can set up from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday or 6 to 8 a.m. Saturday. Indoor vendors may set up from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday or from 6 to 8 a.m. Saturday. Gates close at 7 p.m. Friday and prior arrangements must be made with the coordinator to stay longer.

Vendors may drive vehicles on event grounds for loading and unloading only. No vehicles or trailers are allowed in the main selling area during the event, except for vendors selling from trailers or campers. Anyone wishing to sell from vehicle, trailer or camper must make arrangements prior to the event. Unauthorized vehicles must be moved to the park lot one hour prior to event start. Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it. We reserve the right to censor any booth.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: Vendor Registration Forms must be submitted by September 20. Full payment must be received with registration to be considered registered.

Vendor Guidelines

  • Vendors are those individuals, businesses, organizations, etc. that participate in the Heritage Park events for the purposes of selling goods or services, promoting a business or organization, intend to make a profit from the activities they conduct at a Heritage Park event or conduct any other type of legal solicitation.
  •  No driving in the RV Museum.
  • No dogs allows on the grounds unless it is a service animal.
  • This is a rain or shine event and is geared to be an outdoor festival.
  • Unless you have an emergency, or have made prior arrangements, you are required to participate in the entire event. If weather becomes a factor, the event coordinator will let vendors know to shut down. There are no refunds given.
  • We do not guarantee the same space as the previous event. However, we will try our best to put you where you were before. All registration is done on a first come-first serve basis.
  • Event coordinator will assign vendor locations at their discretion. Please contact coordinator if special requirements are needed, including vendor handicap parking.
  • Vendors are responsible for having all appropriate state, local and federal licenses, registrations, etc. required for them to legitimately do business. Vendors are also responsible for all applicable taxes that are required for them to collect or pay.
  • The Winnebago Historical Society takes no responsibility for stolen or damaged items.
  • Vendors selling food products mus comply with Iowa Food Establishment requirements and register for a Temporary Food Establishment License for the event, (available at www.ia.gov). No homemade baked food products can be sold unless you are licensed through the State of Iowa. No exceptions.
  • Heritage Park reserves the right to refuse or revoke any Vendor’s participation, if its offerings are not consistent with the given event, create a threat to event attendees, demonstrate unethical behavior, demonstrate disrespectful behavior, or demonstrate illegal activity.
  • Vendors are responsible for insuring their property and to have appropriate liability insurance for themselves and their equipment. Heritage Park does not provide Vendor insurance.
  • Set up and registration will be allowed beginning in the afternoon, the day before the show. Special arrangement can be made if it is necessary to set up before this time.
  • Vendors are asked to be always safety conscious and exercise common sense.
  • Vendors are encouraged to consider becoming a member of Winnebago Historical Society thereby supporting the efforts of Heritage Park. Membership information is provided on our web site.

  • The Winnebago Historical Society takes no responsibility, nor does it have insurance for stolen or damaged items.
